  • By accessing and/or using this Website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy. You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms.
  • Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Collection Statement

  • We may, from time to time and without notice, change or add to the website (including the Terms) or the information, Products or services described in it. However, we do not undertake to keep the website updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on the website or if that information is not up-to-date

 

General Conditions

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Service Availability

  • We are working on our international presence, however at this time this Website and our Products are only available to people residing in Australia, as such we do not accept orders from individuals outside Australia.
  • We strongly recommend, that you always contact us before placing your order, if you have an availability concern, or on a deadline.
  • Every effort will be made to satisfy your order. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you at the earliest convenience.

 

Your Status

  • By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are resident in Australia.

 

Pictures & Product Descriptions

  • Pictures are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Whilst every effort is made to make product descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.
  • Various computers and preset screen resolutions, may cause product mis-representations. This may be caused by the angle the photo was taken, the camera flash, etc.
  • If your purchase is of a very specific nature, and you require clarification on any item specifications, please contact our office before making your purchase.
  • Product photos depicit an "as displayed" product. 

 

Product Orders

  • When you purchase a Product or service from us, we may request certain personal identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv). Please refer to our Privacy Policy here for more information on how we collect and use your information.
  • By placing an order with us, you make an offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the Products as contained in your order.
  • Features and specifications of our Products may be subject to change without any notice to you. The size and weight of all Products provided are approximates only.
  • We are an online business and will primarily communicate with you via email. It is your responsibility to ensure the details you enter are correct and the email that you nominate is regularly checked for receipt of correspondence
  • All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by www.urbanturbans.com.au.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to the nature of the clothing industry. urbanturbans.com.au.reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment has been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will notify you immediately and refund the amount paid. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of our business Urban Turbans requires a minimum notice of 3 hours prior to 12pm on the day of shipment to receive your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by emailing our Customer Care Team at contact@urbanturbans.com.au
  • If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

Promotions; Giveaways and Discount Vouchers

  • We are always looking for ways to make our customers smile, and as such we try to provide weekly promotions and giveaways. For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

 

Availability and Delivery

  • After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Urban Turbans containing your order details to the email address used to place the order.

  • Delivery addresses and the day of delivery may not be altered once an Order has been placed. Urban Turbans reserves the right to alter the day of delivery without notice.
  • Unfortunately, Urban Turbans cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
  • Every effort will be made to satisfy your order. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you at the earliest convenience.
  • Urban Turbans accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Urban Turbans will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
  • Urban Turbans will not replace or provide a refund for any Products ordered by the customer by mistake.
  • Customers must notify Urban Turbans if they have received an incorrect Product or are missing a Product within 24 hours of delivery by email at contact@urbanturbans.com.au. Missing products will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon code will be created to be used with the customers next order
  • Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement product, refund or credit.
  • Urban Turbans reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice.
  • We strongly recommend, that you always contact us before placing your order, if you have an availability concern, or on a deadline.

 

Risk and Title

  • The title in the Products will pass to you from the time of delivery. Title to the Products will otherwise remain with Urban Turbans.

 

Price and Payment

  • The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
  • Urban Turbans requires that all purchases are to be paid in full within same day of sale.
  • If payment is not received within this period, you shall be notified via email. If no response is received within 24hrs, your unpaid order will be automatically cancelled.
  • We may change Product prices and delivery charges at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Payment for all Products must be by Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
  • Payment must be cleared before any goods are dispatched.

 

Our Refund Policy

  • Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error, and/or driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.
  • This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the Product.
  • If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact our Customer Care team on contact@urbanturbans.com.au within six (6) hours to organise re-collection of that order. All Products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
  • Failure to contact Urban Turbans within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.
  • Urban Turbans may refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and/or you have been incorrectly charged.
  • All Products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
  • Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order if there is no fault on the part of Urban Turbans.
  • Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Urban Turbans will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer. Urban Turbans will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
  • For any delivery or Product issues or feedback, please contact our customer care team via email at contact@urbanturbans.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Photos of the Product and / or delivery are required to assist in our investigation. For minor complaints, a voucher code may be offered in lieu of a refund.

**Urban Turbans will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.**

 

Secure Credit Card Payments

  • For security reasons we do not keep your credit card details on record.
  • Once your transaction has been completed, we do not have access to your credit card information. This is strictly regulated by the banking authorities.
  • If a refund is required, this will be processed by means in which the payment was originally taken.
  • Your credit card details are safe and secure. All credit card information is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
  • There are times, where we may have to contact you to verify you as the card holder.

 

Warranties and Disclaimers
